Can I please get some more information on the Halos?

In RS3 there were no combat requirements to wear them and I want to know if this will be the case for OS.

I've been waiting for Halos to come into the game and I'd be really disappointed to not be able to wield them at lvl3.

Please, can I get a response!

they'll be 1 def cuz they always use the same reqs as pre-eoc. hell they even have the same stats.

Also, mod alfred was the person who designed them. mod alfred is in a pure clan and a pure. there was a topic (whose sole purpose was to be read by mod alfred) on pure community about what do pures most want in the game, and halo was one of the most popular.

More bank space would be incredible. I've had to throw out stuff over time I thought was useless, than come to find out I need it 10 minutes later for a quest, etc. Quite frustrating.

Also, another idea: When fletching, when you type in " X " amount of logs you want to fletch, can it please remember it, so I don't have to keep typing it in each time I deposit bows, and get out fresh logs again?
