i would get ride of Risutoa insignia - Special. you should not be able to choose which prayers you want it will make it to easy and some of them prayers are just plain crap. you are bringing in dragon platebody you need to make it really rare or it wont be worth anything and i would of thought you was brining it out with a new dragon that you mentioned in a qa live streem not by raids. you clearly need more rewards and miles better one! dont just rush it to bring raids out sooner. and about time magic got some better amor good job!

Thoughts:


1)
Dragon sword special
: If the person is protecting melee, does it mean there won't be a hit on activation of the special? Also, can the sword be switched out for another melee weapon to deal the next hit?

I'd assume this would be an interesting pk mechanic to use the sword spec followed by ags spec.

2)
Dragon thrown axes
: Does the special stack? If it does not stack, consider switching to 15 second freezes for 50% special for greater effect. Five second freezes are generally negligible in combat.

3)
Poison/Venom Absorb
: Seems pretty useless to have since most people would sacrifice a inventory spot for antipoison/venom over losing prayer points. Also, if the drain rate is 1:1, it would be too costly to use.

This would be a niche prayer at Pyramid Plunder once released.

4)
Divine Grace
: Seems the most useless prayer. If it drains at a 1:1 rate, no one would use it. This prayer would also crash stamina potions if it was too powerful as well.

5)
Kabe insignia
: This seems to be the tank version of insignias. It could be better if it offers a 10% chance of either doing recoil damage to the enemy or 20% health regeneration of enemy damage taken in a single hit.

As it stands right now, Benkei and Risutoa insignias would be the preferred choice for tanks than Kabe. Chasing Nightmares

Not sure how i feel about insignias, do we really need stat boosting items for the ammo slot? seems a tad excessive to be honest. Everything else looks great though.

One suggestion i have if insignias end up getting into the game is to make the special attack one work in PvE combat but not PvP. I feel like in its current state its completely useless for slayer since you're always in combat when slaying meaning the effect would never trigger, and for bossing i dont think 1 minute of increased special attack recharge in between kills is worth it over other insignias.

This is meant to be a huge end game PvM update and it gives a useless hat and some level 60 cosmetic items.

The prayers are decent, rigour/augury will be used way more than the others, the insignias are also alright, I can see the spec regen one being quite OP but I wont complain tbh.
