Risutoa insignia - Special

The Risutoa insignia causes special attack to regenerate twice as fast when out of combat. It also provides +2 in all accuracy and defences.

Why not make the dragon platebody be seperated into 2 pieces? Like the bludgeon, you would require 3 pieces to make the platebody: a dragon chainbody, and 2 additional pieces coming from raids. And then, you could only make it on a special furnace/anvil with a high smithing requirement?
That would make it more valuable and would be a nice thing in my opinion.

Everything looks good to me, let's hope it passes :)

Some of the new prayers are nice (Augury, Rigour, Preserve) The rest feel kinda meh.

I like the fact you can only choose one of these once its used though, will be fairly expensive, if it's rare enough.

Also, what about a pet, for example, from the end boss; to keep us pet hunters happy, yanno? :) Leader of

Make it so that the dragon plate body requires dragon chain body to make, otherwise your just devaluing previous content and making it even more dead than it already is. Might aswell give d chain more use.

Listen, if you want to put in insignias like that stuff in RS3, quit the OSRS team and go to RS3 team. Don't put in stuff for OSRS that makes the game easy*cape, what the **** is this ****? Insignias???? THIS IS LITERALLY GOING TO BECOME RS3 STOP
