I keep seeing players here referring to the pool as overpowered for such a low construction level...
...yet Clan Wars portal does all of that, with lvl 1 construction required.
Am I missing something? Did the devs say that portal would no longer reset stats as it does now? 'Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.'

A month ago (a MONTH!) the community told you NO. It was a resounding NO. It didn't even hit 70 percent support and you've changed NOTHING about the question, so why repeat it a mere month later?
That's rhetorical as clearly the reason you'd repeat it is you want it changed even if the players don't.
The pictures in the last poll had mis-leading pictures and people thought it would be purple if they voted yes. Now they plan to "poll it correct"

And when it doesn't pass this time somebody will claim that they thought it would be pink and so they'll poll it again in a month or so.. until they get the answer THEY want.

Tbh, I have to agree, it rather does sound in direct contradiction to this quote from Ash on repolling things like this...

At this point, someone posts that the poll didn't pass because the sword was the wrong colour.
You're afraid that we'd believe them, and offer it again as the Turquoise Sword of Awesomeness that one-hits everything. And then, if that didn't pass, we try again with the Beige Sword of Awesomeness and the Puce Sword of Awesomeness until everyone quits except the players who want the sword.

Am I missing something? Did the devs say that portal would no longer reset stats as it does now? It's right next to a teleport, cutting down the time taken to do it by a lot. Plus, it makes using house teles superior to all other teles (to recharge stats, etc) besides crafting guild basically.
