I'd like to make a few suggestions because there's some stuff in here that I'm sure alot of people will disagree with.
Spellbook switching altar. This should require 99 Magic aswell, otherwise it makes the cape perk pointless. And limit the uses per day, like maximum 5.
Jewelry box (duel ring effect,games neck effect) Make this with charges, using sapphires or emeralds on it would increase by the amount on the respective jewelry. Games necklaces and rings of duelling are destroyed on the last use, making it an item sink. With this as described in the blog, it will devalue those gems.
Fairy ring. This needs to have a much higher requirement(90+) or Quest cape/ very high quest point requirement
Revitalisation pool. Spec restore effect should be behind desert diary. Not this. Or raise the req to 90+.
Ring of suffering imbue. I think double the stats would be a bit too much +5 extra would be more appropriate. Also, make it chargeable, not infinite, you would need sapphires to charge it(I know it makes no sense, but it would create a sink and not devalue sapphires as they are now. Have the max chages very high (like 1000)
