I'm sorry motionless but did u even read the blog? It's optional to charge the jewelry with the gems. it has the same stats as in the blog, the passive affect is what it gets from the onyx for 10k hits.

I think the 15 magic bonus was fine on the tormented bracelet seeing as magic isn't nearly as powerful as melee or even range and 5% is not that much in regards to the magic damage. I'd vote yes to all the jewelry except for the amulet of torture because the fury is fine as is imo. Also I wouldn't make this quest accessible to pures because it is a grandmaster quest and if you don't want the defence experience you cant complete the quest. You're have to make those sacrifices for a better damage dealing build. Also don't think you should be able to equip the gear without completion of the quest. Why would I complete or attempt to complete it if can reap the benefits without doing so? That's going to be the major incentive with this quest I'm assuming. Also the healing passive is not powerful at all but not totally useless. I don't know if people will actually use an onyx for it and wouldn't mind if it were buffed to 10%. i really dont see onyx going up that much for 5% healing 10% of the time for all the people worried about zulrah killers getting richer. most of the time it wont even heal a single hitpoint when it does activate. also in favor of ballista hitting pretty hard (50+) or I think itll be dead content. the special attack could make or break it depending on if itll even have one. the tanking bracelet also seems like itll be dead content, maybe another prayer point on it and 15 defensive bonuses? curious if any of this content could be imbued. I'm ok with all of this content passing if its something the community will want. I haven't been a fan of a lot of the recent content but im really looking forward to this =] it all looks like you guys have put some thought into these items before proposing them. I know a lot of people aren't too keen on having BiS items but I think that's really the case for offensive melee gear. Range has really needed a specific amulet and magic has needed the bracers/gloves. The tanking ring is a great idea too.

I am indifferent towards the idea of having a new grandmaster quest come to Old School, in favor of the new ballistic weapons idea, and against the idea of new high level jewelry. I'm worried a grandmaster quest would diminish the whole Old School feel, but then could still enhance the game experience. The ballistic weapons idea would give a purpose to javelins and create a new ranged weapon which I like. The high level jewelry, however, I do not like as it is a slippery slope to one of my major faults with RS3, and that is maxed gear that is too powerful. I would also say to make completion of MMII a requirement to use the new jewelry and ballistas however, as it will give more incentive for people to complete the quest (and earn their right to use them).

If you look at the bottom of the right of the ballista picture it says it is a placeholder concept (basically means this isn't what it's going to look like, just puts an image of what it is into your head and is a concept)

OT - Looks amazing! and I really hope pures are allowed to do this because I would like to complete on my pure as well as my main :D

There is small issue on that healing effect. You wont allways hit over 20 when it activates. I'll suggest that make that healing chance 5% and rise healing amount to 10%. This way you wouldn't waste that effect if you dont hit high enough. Overall healing % would still be 0.5%.
