for a while now I've disliked the direction old school has been heading. I've truthfully been quite jaded towards anything you guys do because the polling system is flawed. You only poll things YOU deem fit for the game - I hate that Dragon Claws have been brought up in so many Q and As, I hate that chris archie pushes them onto the players so often, I hate that it's failed so many polls and is still being forced in front of us. I hate that if you guys put effort into something, you will repeatedly poll it until it passes. Now you're implementing things without even polling, like Dclaws in tournament worlds, what could that hurt? You're giving everyone a taste of it to hopefully make the votes lean in your favor the next time you poll it.
And jad 2? It failed... but you guys already invested dev time into it so you're going to implement it anyway. If you're going to go ahead and implement anything over 70% yes, go back and pass anything that failed by 5%... Don't just implement things without polling/things that failed polls. Jad 2 FAILED. It should be END of discussion of jad 2. not,

IT FAILED. Where in the poll did it say, "hey if this fails, it wont come until 2017?" Why did you even poll it AT ALL if you planned on adding it anyway??
