I know right. It's a bit unprofessional to say the least that it's been over 2 weeks since the PvM cup (longer for PvP?) without any Jagex acknowledgement anywhere. Whereas the Skilling Cup winners, Hexis, were named immediately.

We want a new statue! Or at least homepage recognition

you are here saying that dragon claws are unfair and will cause rushing...... im a Pker in worlds 337 and 325.... i got rushed by a dds yesterday by someone in fighters torso and firecape and serp helm, barrows gloves and d boots. and died. WHILE COMBO FOODING ANGLER TO SARABREW TO KARA.... from what your saying lets Nerf a dds instead of making the gear that is the same strength bonus as bandos not breakable or the strongest gear in the game "void range" not breakable on death.

IF YOUR SO CONCERNED ABOUT RUSHING, WHY IS VOID NOT BREAKABLE ON DEATH! OR A FIRECAPE!.... PEOPLE ARE GOING TO RUSH NO MATTER WHAT.


Honestly i dont know who you get your knowledge from in the pk community but, people get rushed everyday with ags and void and fire cape.

30 ice barrage, 65-70 ags same stack everyday. they risk nothing.

at least when you get rushed by claws you put a phoenix necklace on and it will negate the fatal hits.

NOPE- might as well nerf ags..... hitting bulk 70s because you can walk around in max str bonus, or void mele and an 90k staff.

honestly to stop rushing put korrasi in game then when you get rushed its an ez anti, because they dont know if your going to venge dh smack them or venge korrasi

It's about time that Dclaws are slowly making their way into the game.

Maybe in a future one, try putting chaotics in as well.

Besides the fact that Dragon Claws should be making their way into the game there should be several other changes, it should be clear that the rushing will increase, however the dragon claws special is easily neglected by a Phoenix necklace, and the damage output when rushing is easier to out-eat than an Armadyl Godsword.

Besides the Dragon Claws it should be impossible to drop items or coins whilst PKing, imagine doing an AGS riskfight and someone just constantly juggles the item on the ground.
Or when you go deepwild pking and people can simply drop the items they lose on death to pick them back up when they died, it's outrageous and very simple to remove from the game. Just like muling was a reason for Deadman Mode to become less and less popular because it just takes the entire aspect of losing your bank on death out of the game.

On the page of rushers and OP items, there should be a clear vision of the Jagex employees on rushing, which is that it's something that also has some risk, for instance by implementing the Korasi Sword back into the game or something like the Hand Cannon that can do more damage than the max health in the game is (with being anglerfished at max).

As my fellow clannies have expressed there is a definite need of additions to the PvP community and attributes, which the Dragon Claws would definitely contribute to in various ways, right now the PvP Worlds, and world 18 are slowly dying, it seems like they constantly decrease in population and the majority of players are using the void armours. On the point of overpoweredness, the dragon claws are easily neglected by a Phoenix Necklace, and you have more time to react to the incoming damage and eat for example. Where an AGS 1 tick for example leaves close to no room for reaction, dragon claws are a whole other story. On the subject of rushing, right now there are plenty of Barrage AGS rushers, or for lower combats there are barrage gmaul rushers. So the Dragon Claws will not have any influence on the amount, just the diversity of rushers, which again are easily reacted and/or neglected by a Phoenix necklace.

On the point of item dropping whilst in combat, it completely sucks out the fun of risk fighting and/or catching some off-guard player in the deeper levels of the wilderness, who can just simply drop it before the run out of food and teleport back to pick it up. There should be no reason whatsoever to drop items and/or cash whilst in combat with another player.

Last but not least I think it's great that the Old-School team is engaged with the player base and community but I don't think it's fair to Poll for example Dragon Claws or mainly PvP updates to the entirety of the community. When they majority of the PvP playerbase (85%+) think there needs to be certain updates and you give the option to vote to a player that has never been engaged in PvP except for being killed whilst doing a clue scroll they most likely will vote for no to PvP updates so it's not a representable to what the actual community wants.
