Mort legs are still really good for barrows thanks to the bonus runes. Don't think of this update as a nerf to mort legs 3, think of it as a buff to barrows.

Nice update, but I thought the teleport scroll animation would be adjusted slightly. According to feedback, it would be better if you read the scroll before teleporting away. ;)
