You should use authenticator on your account and 2 step e-mail.
Maybe you clicked on a phishing link and they stole your email that way? Or just bad luck and they found it out of nowhere... But its your own responsibility and jagex will not reset stats.

Euhm getting multiple 100% favours?
Did not see a poll for that, and surely not voting yes for it as well.
I know it sucks to regain favour all the time, but that's the sacrifice you have to make to have access to these good abilities.
If you want to introduce multiple 100% favour, at least make a quest or something to make that possible. And even then not all 5 factions Power to the people
But are the people fit to rule?
