Make barrows teleport a reward of the morytania diary, because the burgh the rott teleport is already on there and this would be worthless after barrows teleport. it still can be on necromancy book.

No it's not hard to get, it's jacks*** easy to get, even lvl 40s can do it, go back to nightmare zone and don't ruin the game for decent players by voting no on EPIC content.

I'm liking the improvements to Zeah already, but I would like to be able to get 100% favor in two houses rather than just one. With that said, I think we should be able to get dual house favor.

Also, I love how the D-War is looking. It'll be a great addition to OSR. A few years ago, I had suggested that the D-War have the same stats as Stats' War, so I'm glad my wish finally came true.

Lastly, why only have D Claws on DM only? I know lots of people was complaining about the spec, but still I would like to see the completion of all dragon items on OSR. Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to seeing improvements to Zeah and the rest of the game in the near future and accommodate my 10-year anniversary of playing RS. Best wishes for '16!

Can I ask why, people are scared of BiS capes?

Melee = Jad and Jad at this point is stupidly easy with Blowpipe.

Magic = you just need 60 magic.

Range = Quest.

It really doesn't make sense, unless people are too lazy to hard and difficult content for BiS?

The new capes aren't a powerhouse, they barely ADVANCE the game. People are so scared of BiS and don't actually consider what impact it has, they see BIS OMG VOTE NO""!@"!@2 TOO POWERFUL.

If you actually look at it, it's like 1 extra damage at the most.
