Looks good. Though, while I would be all for new elite clues, I don't really like the idea of reworking/adding to existing clues at all. I'd very much like to see them polled separately. For example:
Q. Would you like elite clues introduced as described in this devblog?
Q. Would you like existing clues to be added to/changed as described in this devblog?
Also, while I'm not into combat myself, I'm glad to see Clan Wars being polled along with a white portal type arena - I've had some of my best RS memories smacking people around in the white portal.
Loving all the other poll options as well, especially the prospector's outfit acting as desert robes.

I am only focused on your clue scroll section because that's all i do...trying to get the 3a off the bucket list
But on the subject of scrolls you are saying that elites will only be dropped by bosses and "high level monsters". Any idea on what those high level monsters are?
Yet to be decided but likely to include the highest level monsters and high level Slayer creatures.

I will be voting against the clue scroll expansion solely because it includes more emote clues. Emote clues are terrible, if anything I'd want them removed. So many pointless items kept around for them as it is.
Only plan on adding a handful of these and they'll give some less popular items a bit more use such as the Dragon spear. I'd of liked to have given you something in your POH to store all of the emote item sets but it would delay the update by so long we decided against it. We can also offer this or something similar in the future though.

Liking the clue scroll update, partly because I've always liked them. Not too sure how I feel about alternate god armors though, the old ones are pretty cheap and as I remember the zaros/arma/bandos ones were pretty damn cheap on the live game.
Ornament kits are something I'd definitely like to see though.
Unlike the 2010 expansion the new God items won't be on Elite clues, they will still have a use for players with lower defence in the Godwars dungeons.

Whats the point of a deposit box in the warriors guild?
A player requested it so he can deposit items without having to enter his pin, I imagine he was buying something from the shops.
