I like it all! I do have a suggestion for some of the already suggested content. I don't think the elites or any clue scroll for that matter should be able to be bought from a reward chest if passed. I believe all clues should be obtained only by monster drops. Also, the coordinate kit should be implemented like the looting bag. It should not be trade-able, players should not be able to have more than one at a time, and it should also only be obtained as a reward from hard or elite clue scrolls. That's my opinion on the matter anyway. Other than that I like how everything looks and I am looking forward to grinding out a quest cape preparing for these potential new clue scrolls!

Looks good. Though, while I would be all for new elite clues, I don't really like the idea of reworking/adding to existing clues at all. I'd very much like to see them polled separately. For example:

Q. Would you like elite clues introduced as described in this devblog?

Q. Would you like existing clues to be added to/changed as described in this devblog?

Also, while I'm not into combat myself, I'm glad to see Clan Wars being polled along with a white portal type arena - I've had some of my best RS memories smacking people around in the white portal. :P

Loving all the other poll options as well, especially the prospector's outfit acting as desert robes. :) RSC - Gone, but never forgotten.

Good to know clan wars eill be a fail before its even out...
pre eoc most people pked in the red or white portals, like 10% pked in the purple portal... I dont know about everyone else, but i cant be bothered to join an fc then wait for the owner to challenge someone before i can start fighting.. I wanna just run straight back after i die...

Anyways, as for clan wars decreasing the wilderness activity so much, that is the stupidest thing ive ever heard, if you want to increase wilderness activity so much how about you add f2p for f2p worlds or remove pvp worlds. Besides if your pking at clan wars how would that stop everyone from pking in wilderness ?

i though players had the choice, you're just making up whats best for us (which isnt always the best) and implementing it into the game (because i guarantee it will get over 75% anyway)

Perhaps you should accept the fact that you're not the intended audience for Clan Wars.
