Some of you are posting about these christmas/snowy trees. I think one of the mods said earlier that this is an issue with a 3rd party game client (like osbuddy), not the game itself. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

CLASSIC MINING ROCKS??? HELLO??
Good question there, I remember that this passed like with 82% or something. When will we see this being implemented into the game, Jagex?

The key examine update is one of the most useful QoL changes I've seen to Oldschool, great job!
Also very nice to see food in the HP guide now, nice job OSRS team!
Sincerely,
Brendy
will the jagex team review game ideas from about the first year of release about the only reason they failed is because people were hung up on keep oldschool oldschool i know they failed poll but most things during that time would make sense to fail but people realise it has to progress over time inevitably because reasons like people from 07 may not be around anymore later etc.so things that passed later on may have failed back then anyways(we may be missing out on some cool stuff)
is the reason the christmas event isnt involving just celebrating christmas with santa clause because he hit grandma with a sleigh ? it was just an accident lol!

I don't use (or like, or trust at all) OSBuddy, but yeah, I'm pretty sure it was confirmed that it's their end and not Jagex's. The amount of idiots who just immediately point fingers at Jagex is astounding. Even if they were to blame, it's nothing you should flip your lid over (even though one guy had the gall to blame them for his DMM death because of OSbuggy's problem).
This is why I don't trust third-party clients. I'm thankful that Jagex is slowly wiping them out. It'll make people play the game
correctly
again. No more price checking while not at the GE, for one...
Oh, I almost forgot.
Oh, I already forgot.

Yes, I wish everyone used the official osrs client from Jagex. I've always used it and it's the best choice in terms of keeping your account secure, right? I never trust anything outside Jagex. Odd that people don't read posts before posting one themselves though. OSbuddy is very overpowered in my opinion, it shows too much info about the game, players and everything generally. In the rules of runescape I think it's not allowed to use a 3rd party game client, but I guess Jagex has approved OSbuddy?
