Common the smithing cape you could have been a little more imaginative about I just got 99 smithing 2 days ago and it now acts like gold guantlets? What the hell is that for 99... Most people stop using gold around level 60 so why the heck would it be useful to have that for a 99 achievment... Should have atleast let it hold ore not coal metal ore to make blast furnace/normal smelting slightly more efficient or atleast something along those lines
The smithing capes perk is quite useless for a smither. Goldsmithing is used only to get exp and Gold bars are more of a crafting item than a smithing item. I don't really think this perk will be of any use for a lvl 99 smither except for the very few who wish to drive the long 200M exp road.
I mean, how about a really useful perk such as this one: Let the user invoke a magical anvil that will allow them to smith 5 addy itens a day on spot?
It should be great to be able to smith an axe or a sword right on spot when you need one, and it wouldnt really affect the economy much because of the daily maximum and addy material

I think it'd be cool if Achievement cape, Quest cape, and Music cape were also included. Achievement cape is way harder than a lot of 99's, and quest, and music cape deserve something as well imo. Please consider!

Agreed. It's amazing how some people seem to have went to DMM just because it's 5x the XP. It's a lot like some ironmen complaining about updates. In my opinion if ironmen can't play a minigame or content then Jagex should simply leave it at that. DMM and ironman mode are limiting content, I would argue mainly for people who have done it all and seen it all.
There's no point to ever make a game update more suitable for DMM, IM or UIM any more than there's point to please level 3 skillers. And I play UIM as my main.
My point is not that Jagex shouldn't please different groups of players but that they shouldn't diminish the original idea of the mode. UIM mode was made to disallow banking and trading, so any updates to make banking (such as unnoting or banking in minigame) just diminish the original idea and make it more like normal OSRS. They've already made DMM so much easier than the original intent - safe skills & HP insurance?!

The majority of these "perks" are rubbish and not useful at all at lvl 99. And yes some may help people get 200M xp but most people get lvl 99 and don't try for max xp soo...Yeah these need reworked and i believe even before it was polled people said they wanted the perks tweaked.
As for people complaining about the DMM worlds being turned BACK into normal worlds without a poll, i believe it was stated that if the numbers dropped on whatever worlds they would reduce the amount of DM servers and the opposite if it was a bigger success.
Also can't believe you may be releasing ANOTHER bloody spin off game mode...really? REALLY!?
