Skillcapes of accomplishment include the quest cape and the achievement diary cape. There have been plenty of good suggestions on social media for the quest cape, and for the achievement diary cape I think an appropriate perk would be that any worn equipment requirement is fulfilled by wearing the cape.

I was also thinking about that as I've told in my previous post.
These capes are part of the skill capes and people have worked hard to get them so they also deserve a perk.

But what do you think about the trimmed quest cape?
Would it count as quest cape (because it is the quest cape)
or would it count as diary cape (because to get it trimmed you need to have same requirements as a diary cape)
Or maybe as both or an option to choose

Alot of clans/teams are disappointed in the magic cape perk, it would have helped alot to switch spellbooks if we needed to for our PVP or CWA events. Once a day to change spells books permanently would have been a terrific update. Complete waste of a potentially amazing update.

One of the re-occurring comments seems to be negative feedback about the skill cape perks. Is it possible that once you have, if ever, some of them can be re-polled if you have more time to spare? I know they're not meant to severely impact the game but I believe it could at least reflect the amount of time it takes to get that cape e.g. 99 cooking is a very quick skill with what can only be called an 'OP' perk compared to 99 runecrafting for instance which merely acts as all tiaras when the vast majority of 99 runecrafters will be operating in the abyss, not to mention the amount of time it takes to acquire. I get it's hard to find a reasonable perk to benefit the majority of people and which isn't heavily game threatening however some do seem to benefit the lower level skiller compared to the majority as they can't use the abyss or get the varrock 3+ armour etc. I should probably at least put some proposed ideas forward but nevertheless I like the concept of having perks but again, is it possible for the perks to reconsidered and re-polled at a later date?

Also if you're to enter the clan cup bossing scene and you have a lousy connection and disconnect, can you hop straight back in or will you be locked out of the bossing session? Are the clans going to be pitted against equal size clans or is that a stupid question?
I think Coolsville sucks!

These perks are absolute garbage incentive to achieve 99 in a skill. A few of them make sense like thieving or ranged, but overall this feels like a WEAK update to the game. So you earn enough XP to reach the maximum lvl in Smithing and your reward is... a way to earn extra XP?

99, max, accomplishment. A good video game that is exciting and gives you motivation to reach the end will have a reward at the end. ie A cutscene to finish the storyline, or a powerful item that gives the game some replay value. Since you can't actually "beat" Runescape, levelling to 99 is its equivalent. You think I want to reach 99 Agility just so I can wear a different colored cape that has the same benefit to a cape I earned 500 hours ago?

I think your creative team sucked big time on this one and should revisit their favorite video games (what makes it so special? why would you play it over and over again?) and come back with much, much better rewards for people who play this game.

I'm disappointed in the perk for smithing. Other skills need some improvements too.. Basically skills took over a bonus from an item along the way to 99...still a pretty good update imo.
