30 def has always been allowed, started when the turmoil pure came out in 2012.

And the limit is rune. Im very glad you see that also!

Great choice to make the Pure cup 30 defence or lower, the majority of pure clans agree that this is the current standard. Thanks for listening to us, there should be a good amount of competition this year!

What you been smoking? If four "pure clans" suddenly accepted 45 defence the barrier for a "pure" shouldn't get changed to suit them.

There must be some kind of ulterior motive going on here? Maybe it's a Jagex mod enjoying giving the bias towards his old clan once again? Last year they submitted a memberlist with unused names to then allow randomers change to them and this year the back handers have already started with the change of the defence requirement.

good decision making the pure cup 30 def as an unbiased main who follows the pure community it is obvious that if there were to be a cup without the 30def clans, there would be no competition for final ownage. For some reason they are asking for the cup to be 25def so they have an easy win? The jagex cup promotes competition and this was clearly the right decision, great job.
