Smithing cape: Allows the wearer to smith without having a hammer in their inventory.

I was thinking fletching could work this way too, but since you don't actually use the hammer on the bar, it's a different game mechanic. You use the bar on the anvil and it checks if you have a hammer, so I definitely think this could be a useful perk. Fletching wouldn't work since you use the knife on the log.

Smithing Cape:

Allow players to be able to use furnace & superheat (or only furnace) as the same way blast furnace works so you will lose less coal ;) this'll be closer on a normal furnace and superheating is just to make it more profitable (Afterall they're 99 smithing)

Fishing skillcape perk: Free teleport to the Fishing Guild 5 times a day. I think that a permanent boost to 100 is a bit of a weak perk, and I think this would help significantly with getting there and daily activities without having to charge your skills necklaces.

attack = free access at warriors guild.
strenght= idk make it same as attack.
defence= counts as anti dragon shield, or maybe no agro in non multi zones.
range= ava bag.
prayer= holy wrench.
magic= infinity home teleport.
runecrafting= no pouch degrading.
construction= don't need a saw or hammer while building in your house.
hp= same as rapid heal.
agil= same as grace cape.
herblore= able to use it as herb sack. safes one inventory slot.
thieving= same as silence gloves.
crafting= able to use it as the gem pouch. safes one inventory slot.
fletching= small chance of making 2 unfinished bows at once.
slayer= able to speak to ur slayer master that assigned ur last task.
hunter= 5 teles to chins.
mining= higher chances of finding gems while mining.
smithing=be able to smith without having a hammer.
fishing=infinity fishing baits and feathers.
cooking= no burns.
firemaking= when burning logs all fires shall be colored.
wc= chance of getting bird nests more often.
farming= you don't need a rake, spade, or seed dipper while farming. or crops never diseases.

my ideas for skill cape buffs.
