I'm not sure how well the Kraken Tentacle will work as you're just item sinking the abyssal whip, but not the tentacle. I think both items should sink after a certain amount of uses.
Also, I don't think the stats will make a lot of people want to upgrade their whip at the cost of 1m+.
Buff the stats a bit more, sink both the tentacle and whip, and possibly give it strength straining option and then it'd be golden.

I'm not quite sure how the smoke battlestaff will work out as a lvl 93 slayer reward, but the amulet will definitely make them rewarding.


Krakens are task only, so I'd say the impact of campers would be non existent and also the chance of getting Krakens is quite low i heard from Mod Ash a while ago.

The number of people with 87 slayer is far less than the number with 85 slayer, however time will change that.

Mila I like the concept there but I think we need more Abyssal Whips to be consumed in the process. I do like the increasing of attack levels however.

With my proposed 6 Whip model

Level 70 to use whip.

Level 75 to Feed a whip to Tentacle. Tentacle F1
+2 Slash +1 Str
Level 77 to Feed 2nd whip to Tentacle. Tentacle F2
+4 Slash +2 Str +1 Prayer
Level 79 to Feed 3rd whip to Tentacle. Tentacle F3
+6 Slash +3 Str +1 Prayer
Level 81 to Feed 4th whip to Tentacle. Tentacle F4
+8 Slash +4 Str +2 Prayer
Level 83 to Feed 5th whip to Tentacle. Tentacle F5
+10 Slash +5 Str + 2 Prayer
Level 85 to Feed 6th whip to Tentacle. Tentacle F6 [max]
+12 Slash +6 Str +3 Prayer

I wouldnt be opposed to adding a slayer requirement to the initial combination of the Whip and Tentacle.

On death in wildy tentacle disappears completely. Killer gets amount of whips used in tentacle divided by 2 and rounded down. this means the weapon can't be used as a one item ragging device as protect item will only save one whip from possible 6.

With my idea about how the tentacle whip functions in the wildy, a item sink is built in for the tentacle base itself! Essentially anytime someone dies in the wildy the Tentacle base disappears itself!

Appreciate your enthusiasm, your idea is good but i believe having too many tiers would be a royal pain for the jmods. Each tier would essentially be a different item they'd have to code and it's a pain managing multiple versions of the same item.

I believe there should only be 2-3 tiers maximum, to make it simpler.

Great idea's but wouldnt it be worth giving bosses a collection of drops like 3 or 4 items rather than a few objects here and there which will degrade within weeks of release.... You loot at the current 3 wilderness boss drops, all dropping the same item which has no real value currently.

hmm a 3 Tier system would be quite good as it's alot less coding for the j mods and also easyer to explain howmutch whips lost on death.
but still why haven't any j mods responded to this idea? imo it's one of the best AND original and for the haters its NOT in rs3 i can't see anything wrong with this i will be very dissapointed if they just ignore this.

The items are a bit OP, specially the whip and the amulet, whipping 48's and barraging almost 40 seems really excessive to me, here we go again... LOL,
but it could be a lil bit justifiable if you at least add this drops to the wilderness, instead of creatures outside the wilderness or at least consider put some of those creatures inside the wilderness =/.
It would be nice to incentive slayers (like me) to also go to the wilderness, low and high level ones. And if we don't add more useful stuff to the wilderness it will die off again.
The wilderness drops are still really bad.

DO NOT GIVE KRAKEN WHIP A STR TRAINING OPTION

Much of what makes Commander Zilyana profitable is the saradomin sword, and the reason it is so highly valued is for its str training capacity. If we add a str training option to Kraken whip then the sara sword will drop substantially in price, as well as undermine the sara boss and the agility level required for it.
