Nice update a few comments.

Max cape in its current capacity, and from what i've heard from various players, max cape wont pass the vote in this state which i think is a bit unfair. Not many people will vote yes for something they're never going to get.

Watching kidzpk stream his idea what to make three different capes

Max combat cape
Max skilling cape
Max cape (Both combined)

This allows everyone to reap the benefits im sure i don't need to explain what the difference in the capes would be. One focuses on combat stats one helps with skilling perhaps helpful teleports ect and the last encompasses both. I feel this would be much more likely to pass at a vote especially.

With regards to trawler I like the idea of an outfit for fishing though it would see an influx of people and then be redundant again.

I'm not aware of the exp rates per hours currently but it certainly doesn't make it worth it to do after getting the outfit

One think that definitely has to happen is an increased exp rate at some point during leveling to 99 it needs to be the best exp for some period. Currently best exp is just fly fishing from 30. So i think reaching a certain high level making it faster exp. Similar to mining where granite is fastest between 60-80.

Increasing the number of fish would increase exp and incentive to actually go there perhaps the outfit could increase the haul on the trawler as well as Exp. And even give you a small chance of receiving a special item like some kind of net or rod that would give double exp for a short some or 1.5x some sort of variant of that

To summarize

Better exp
The outfit would give chance of special item
Higher rate of fish

With regards to the special item there could be many a net a rod a harpoon lobster pot

They could give more exp or increased rate of fishing for a short time.

Max Cape - I think the base cape should be as it was described in the dev blog, same stats as a skillcape (t). However, a second version of the cape should be added - such as a Max Cape (i) - which is earned by using a fire cape on the max cape, giving the max cape the fire cape stats. That way players who are maxed still have a reason to go back to the fight caves (in case they lose their max cape), but it also allows them to show off during any activity they like.

Would be absolutely ridiculous if max cape had the same stats as a fire cape....2000+ hours vs

I don't like the barrows loot interface, since you would have to click X to close the interface every time you loot. I do like the loot broadcast though, I think it should broadcast everything including runes, bolt racks, coins, key halves, clues, d meds, barrows pieces etc.

I'm not really into the whole 'max cape' idea, adding one would change the feel of the game, people would no longer just play for fun, everyone would be competing constantly to get the cape. I think having it's stats the same as a skillcape or a fire cape (if you have a fire cape already) sounds like a better option though for if it were added, since it wouldn't be bringing anything too overpowered into the game. I think if you were to give the cape better stats than any cape in Old School, it would sever*y affect the gameplay of the game and make it a 'no xp waste' kind of atmosphere.

And about the new fishing trawler skilling outfit, if you were to add this, I think you should allow ironmen to do the fishing trawler, so they can also obtain the outfit. I think the best way to nerf the fishing trawler for ironmen would be to reduce the amount of xp and fish you get every run, and add some kind of activity timer so they can't just leech.

Personally about the zulrah items, I think you should make them all give the same amount of scales, since they all have the same drop rate, having one of the items giving more scales than the others will permanently de-value the other items (serpentine helm + magic fang) making the tanzanite fang permanently more expensive. 50,000 scales for the tanzanite fang sounds way too high, I think a better solution would be 20,000 scales per item, since at current price of scales, would make each item cost at least 4m each.

And about the total level worlds, if you add these I think you should also add a couple worlds for ironmen and ultimate ironmen only worlds, it's now been almost a year since the release of ironman, so I personally think it's time.

capes came out,nice,a candy decoration on the frosting of the cake for getting a 99.
except it became a reason to bot your way to 99 so u could have your cape yesterday,in other words,it wasn't a candy decoration,or even the frosting,it became the cake.
a max cape does same thing,times 23*

so not only no max cape,in fact,remove all the skill capes,perhaps the game will return to the days when players could appreciate any level they had.
