campfires is losing what? why......

in all honesty.. all it does is give a reason to have energy restore.. which energy restore is and never was actually really that popular from the start, people dont want agility to be damaged and people in the herblore farming community dont want extra herbs or potions to crash in price. And i am for keeping it out and i support those reasons of the community i for one dont want it to damage the game and i want agility to have an actual reason on old school unlike on rs3 where you have infinate run all the time..
stop jumping on the "this item will crash" bandwagon. campfires would just give another method to train firemaking. and really that is needed. the hp boost/energy restore is just added benefits.

if it helps your energy pots from crashing the run restore benefit can be taken off.

nah i wasnt just talking about the market its many things stacked up on top each other that make people want to vote for something else. or a complete no for campfires.. im not jumping to anything im just taking facts of why people are against it.
what other things? nothing in-game atm gives hp boost. and there are no alternate FM training methods. i fail to see your logic. and yes you are a part of the bandwagon.
OS Status: Nothing atm.

RS3 Status: 120 Slayer done now onto figuring out what I should do next.

@ Gaisras,

Because resting is bad.

It devalues agility, and at the risk of sounding cliched, it makes the game too easy.

And I don't see why we need a Hitpoints boost. If you want higher Hitpoints...get a higher Hitpoints level? :P

that can be taken off? also the boost gives you hp over time. why should i spend weeks training a skill when i can burn an invy of mage logs for more hp? think about that one.

I LOVE the motherlode mine by far the most. It sounds awesome. Flaming arrows and construction shortcuts would be cool as well.

The rest are all meh with the exception of campfires, which i find completely stupid. No one doing anything in rs is going to use 5-7 inventory slots used up to fill their run, especially with higher level logs, when you can buy pots.

I think there are far more logical and useful possibilities like a minigame to unlock music guys all over runescape, or just add sitting.

I'll be honest.. Didn't read all of it but I did read campfires.. I think that'd be a great feature, it'd finally give somewhat of a purpose to firemaking other than just to get to max or a quest.

So you're telling me if you were questing or doing a skill that required a lot of running you would use 5-7 inventory spaces to make a campfire to fill your run once? I agree firemaking needs help, but this idea is illogical and inefficient.

Which is why it's too easy. I might be someone biased since I have 99 Hitpoints, but in my opinion hitpoints should actually be valuable. Besides, with Nightmare Zone, getting a hitpoints cape isn't exactly the hardest 99 out there.

So kill the runecrafting skill by giving free runes in nightmare zone then try to boost another skill up ? Why not expand farming into construction since most homes have veggie gardens already ? Add herblore to construction ? really ? so combine the 2 most expensive skills now ? What is going on ? lol lol lol lol lol lol ?? instead of bonfires why not burn other log's in the POH ? Why is Runescape 3 coming to old school runescape now ?? Instead of Killing Skills which generate the economy of runescape why not help to make em better ?? The runecrafting skill put mad money into the runescape economy now you have a mini game that will be short lived with a long time of destruction following it ?? Jagex the game is fun to play but you are taking whats fun away and catering to a lazy gamer ?? Games are meant to be time killing please stop catering to those who are lazy and want things for nothing . It's not fair to us player's who enjoy working the skills and making some bank from what we so patiently learned to do ?? If those who enjoy combat but are not willing to skill mess with there drop's not those skilling please .. thanx so much .. dr twisted :)
