Love the idea, looking forward to this mode happening as it can and probably will bring a large amount of people from other survival games into this survival game. This will be a very interesting mode and will for sure will have a very big impact on the community to come. Most people will most likely vote no to this mode because they just "PVE" on Old School Runescape and don't "PVP" at all which will unbalance the votes on the poll, it doesn't effect you if it gets passed so why vote no to a mode that could bring more people to the Old School Runescape community?

I feel that the rules that you have set are pretty good, the XP multiplier is a great Idea as you will die a lot most likely I feel that you should still lose some XP (5-10%) in those protected skills that you chose.

Besides that everything looks like it will be a big success for in the future if this mode passes.

Good Luck!
Kosy.

Honestly, if this passes I could play on a second account while my main skills. This sounds awesome, and just thinking that you could have a clan that rules a server would be amazing. My only thing would be to maybe lessen the safe-zones, but have guards in the none safe-zones (like ardy square) and things like that to really get a sense of a "wild" world. Over all, I am hyped!

This seems like a great idea, I doubt that I will play it but I can see so many people having alot of fun with this. Heck, I may even try it out. I can imagine the pk streamers now doing this, quite the exciting new way for pkers. I would vote yes to this.

Sorry Jagex i am sort of drunk at the moment but i just had a great idea for deadman

It should be like a permenant bounty hunter mode and you have to see how high a target kill streak you can get before you are killed yourself

and please remove all the safezones

1 - I think there's way too many safe zones. Keep it simple - only safe zones are Lumbridge, Al-Kharid, Varrock, Falador, Ardougne, Camelot Castle, and all guilds.

Grand tree, especially, needs to be removed from being safe or at least make just the area with the tree the safe zone. Those Yew & magic trees will make it too easy in the safe zone.

2 - Insuring your bank adds another level of easy and takes away from the core reason of this game - nothing is safe. First you don't reset stats back to lvl 1, now you offer to save the bank. What next, offering to sell players respawn lives before they take death penalties?

3 - Stats not being reset to lvl 1 on death ( basically resetting the account fresh on death ).
-With stats not being reset, new players will be put at a disadvantage to those that have been playing a while and that's not good with this kind of gameplay.
-It makes the quest reward aspect a mess. So if the account isn't reset, the player can't go back and get the boost from waterfall quest because they already completed the quest and died right after it by a player camping the quest-complete room.

I think people are getting the wrong idea with this side-game. People want to get quest capes, max combat stats & gear, etc., and want easy-comings to do so by wanting less-strict death penalties.
What would make this side-game more fun is to take away from the serious factor of trying to get the best gear and skills, but instead to band together for strength & defense. The more harsh the death penalties are, the more players are going to want to team up to protect eachother. Those are the moments that become memories of nostalgia later down the line.
My most favorite moments was pking with my friends during the F2P 2-week trial goofing off on toss-away accounts. Search on YouTube, "Bonus Fizz Army" and watch if you'd like. Great times. Simple, yet addicting.
Everything stated here is forwarded from a major corporation. Nothing here is my opinion. Enjoy your salad.
