However, not sure if I would want to see a new Old School RuneScape front page... Just because everytime I need to see the HighScores or the News and Updates I like to have those memories

Very nice upcoming update !
would like to see in worlds selections window internet latency to each server i mean pings so we could choose best by our locations and best avaiable game experience with less laggs

Looks very bad and very new-age.

I can't understand why people want to make OSRS ruined just like RS3.

This makes no sense at all.

I like the idea of a faster website, but I don't like the visuals. I definitely agree that it should stay the same or at least very similar. The concept looks good, don't get me wrong, but it's too far from the true OSRS look.

No, has too much of the feel of RS3. This is oldschool, keep the old layout. I'm not saying the new one is bad necessarily, but it does not fit the theme of oldschool.

I like the idea of a up to date website aka faster/better however, the visual appeal does not match old school. As many other comments stated it looks more Runescape 3 which is not good for the old school front page design.
