Please don't change the homepage. I don't know what to say anymore. I think I've said it all. I truly hope the veteran players (even though we are probably a minority) have a say and influence over the way Old School looks and feels. After all, we were the ones who lobbied for so long to get this old version back.

Please don't change the website, it's perfect the way it is right now. The only web updates I'd love to see is:

1) Having our own seperate forums(the way they used to look) with the ability to change the font / color and all the other options we have currently.

2) A highscores update, keep everything as it is currently, but add a sub section for boss kills, clue scrolls, minigames etc.

I would much rather keep the OSRS look and feel than have an unnecessary face-lift. The only way I could see myself approving this is if there was a toggle added to switch between the current OSRS theme and the new theme.

In all seriousness, how critical is the website's performance? In my experience, it's fine how it is now for the entirety of a few clicks that are needed to navigate its contents. The only addition that it find it needing is the separation from RS3's forum.


TLDR: It's almost like having it be an option is a win-win. Oh wait, it is!

Really ever since beginning to play runescape again(OLDSCHOOL *ONLY*!), I have always felt uneasy because every time I play something is changed,,,*****; it makes it really hard to keep up!

Personally, I love the cryptic look of the game, it takes me back. Like the post above me states, I am here to play OLDSCHOOL RuneScape. It isn't oldschool if it doesn't look and feel oldschool. That being said, I also like one of the first posts on this thread stating that if the new page layout was to pass, there should be a toggle button which allows the user to switch between the two.
