No. But it cuts both ways - if you're DCing as you suggest, there's a fair chance you might die yourself, and your opponent would now be unable to loot your items.

What we'd like is a situation where nobody disconnects at all. Sadly that's not how the world is, although the sysadmins are rolling out more and more network changes to try and get us there. (This reboot might take a little longer than usual due to more network changes.) So instead we're looking at temporary ways to make death a little less harsh in disconnection situations.

What we polled was a boss that should be fought with more than one combat style. It became apparent that this is not what Zulrah was.

I'm afraid we can't currently make items appear differently in their noted and un-noted forms. It's a purely cosmetic change, though, and doesn't affect how the logs behave when you burn them, chop them or fletch them.

I'm most excited about the bank space update. Was getting sick of decanting my potions.

Thank you for changing the Tortoise, I was sick of hearing about scams at that location.

Can't wait to try Zulrah again for the different variations Jagex added.

PvP disconnecting for looting is a great update, I hope it stops the DDOS that were rampant on those worlds.

Inventory icons should hopefully help people avoid being scammed, but if people just bothered to check the second trade screen this wouldn't be an issue to begin with.

I think I'll get a second Fire Cape soon just to see my time.

More changes need to be made without voting, in my opinion. Zulrah loot table was a bit over the top, and had we voted for it, it would've been similar to AFK splashing/guthans. I still think those should be changed, without a vote.
