I'm not completely sold on all the items purposed, but there are a few that stand out! I think that if the Matching system was designed correctly, it would be a great asset. Heck, when I first wanted to play Pest Control it took me forever to find the correct world. Apparently the PC world isn't used for PC

A few of the Castle Wars items make me a little uneasy. I don't feel there's a need for the bandages outside of CWs. There's already plenty of ways to heal yourself. And the boost for killing 5 people in a row? All I see when I think of this is the mass slaying of noobs that are already struggling to win in a battle.. I just read through all the proposed ideas and they all look great! I love how 07 is kind of taking its own course and not following the direction of rs3. All these updates would cool.
Also, something that really annoys me on 07 is standing around selling things and typing for ages. Like sometimes it is better off for me to trust drop/alch the items and go make the money at dragons or something - it just takes too long to sell items. Something along the lines of the grand exchange would make my 07 experience so much better. I can just skip the standing around selling part

I have a brilliant idea to help improve matchmaking. We can have a que system for matchmaking. The way it would work is there would be a setting the the tools tab near the inventory and you can choose what minigame to play and it will put you in a que. While the que is going on this will not affect your ingame process of skilling or doing whatever you're doing. When your searching you could get put into a cc (jagex could make a few private listed cc's for the certain minigame you are searching for) with anyone else also in que to play the same mini game as you. From there on you could arrange with a few people in the chat where and when to meet. There will obviously be some changes but a similar idea like this would help in team minigames so much more!
This would be great! I totally agree!
No free teles, you would have to tele to the minigame yourself. AND it will not effect the current minigames that much! Even the veterans would be able to use these chats freely
