Ya, it really is.
The GE isn't quite like the rs3 one anyways, there are no guide prices. Although wtf does the 'price checker' do? There should not be a price checker at all.
I didn't like EOC (although ultimate abilites are kinda neat to do), they changed too much of the combat system tbh.

I gotta get some more popcorn tho, this thread is just warming up I'll bet. I'm not quitting either way. I really LOVED runescape around 2010/2011.
...and then babyscape updates started coming. Runespan was the WORST update ever. God I hated that. Afkable rc, when the skill had prestige. *screams!*
Runespan put me in a crappy mood, and then the microtransactions just made me want to avoid the game. Pay to win is NOT a role-playing game concept. Your real life should NOT matter to your progress on a role playing game.

What I REALLY hate tho, is all the microtransactions in rs3, and the CONSTANT FLOOD of barbie doll-dress up cosmetic scape. It is just neverending and quite literally nauseating watching how many cash-grab promotions there are.

It was great until actual EOC came along. People act like the GE = EOC. I've played since 2006 or 2007 and loved it up until the actual transition.
