I think most people would agree they get tired from time to time when people waste your time asking you to come to their world and then they try the camelot tab scam on you. Especially considering the trade I was giving would of benefit his pockets but it was still too good to be true.

Its these types of scenarios that make me think of a better way to go about getting items. I admit that at the start it was fine and it felt like the old runescape as bad as it sounds. But then you realise that its not the same and long are the days where it was new and exciting. It was more of a fad this time around and it got on your nerves soon enough. The only people I can see not wanting GE are those profiting from flipping items or wanting social interaction which I can understand since seeing it at banks with the new trading posts.

I still have my doubts with GE too but its also good for players who actually enjoy playing and its better for making your time you put into runescape better. You can skill and then enjoy the rewards when you put your things onto GE.

I am 50/50 with wanting it implemented but this game evolves every month so I am certain the current trading scheme won't last for too long. Jagex seems pushy in wanting to get this on our plates and see if we take it with a fork or hide it under the mash potato only to be scrapped in the bin. It will be interesting to see what happens if GE doesn't make it but it will be for the better to have something to fall back on which helps us sell items quicker and also lets some outlets for people who want to make money merching and flipping. I almost voted yes to the GE, but I instead voted no to the GE because I want to be able to see the name of who I trade with to reduce the ability of bots to dump items on the GE. I don't want to trade with someone with a bot name and the GE does not let me see who I am trading with.

If the GE does not pass, I want to be able to trade through the Trading Post without having to be in a bank to trade. I want to put my items on the Trading Post and let people buy them while I do other things.

If the GE does not pass, and Trading Through the Trading Post does not pass, I probably won't play OSRS any more because trading is too inconvenient as it is now, getting to Piscatoris or some other far off place only to have someone want me to come to Varrock or somewhere else for me to trade is too much of an inconvenience.

So, I want the GE to not pass mainly to stop bots dumping their items so easily, but I want trading through the Trading Post to pass.

And if both do not pass, I want to re-vote and I will vote for the GE instead, because having the GE would be better than the current Trading Post and not being able to trade through it. But being able to trade through the Trading Post where I can see the name of who I am trading with would be better than the GE. Hi.

This is a massive vote in oldschool and should be done by 60-40 vote instead of 75-25 because thats unfair to the people voting yes, please change it for this one poll and go with the majority instead of a 75% it should be a fair vote.

Without the GE the game will die, nostalgia runs out pretty damn fast and your saying merc* clans will benefit more you couldnt be more wrong. We are being taken to the cleaners by merchers with this trading post crap and zybez. Bring back GE if you have any kind of a brain.

Been absent from RS lately, the community is toxic. I mostly just maintain my kingdom when I'm not alpha testing for another game (the community there is the polar opposite of the one here). I'll vote yes to the GE, I see a lot of people complain about it ruining the game, but EoC was the real game ruiner.
