I'd like to see the right click join option (be sure to warn players about PvP worlds though, or not allow it for those worlds). I assume this would also add the functionality for having it on the friends list as well, so I'd like to see that at the same time. No to grand exchange, what's the point of polling grand exchange? If people want automated trading/features of grand exchange, then why not do it in the trading post instead of scrapping everything for something like the g/e?

This is getting to be
******* RIDICULOUS
. You are starting to re-poll **** when it has already failed the 75% majority mark. Your bias and agenda is becoming clear.

"Now that we've released the bare-bones Trading Post for which you voted earlier this year, and you've had a chance to get to grips with its current form, it's time to look at ways you'd like us to expand on it. In this blog, we'll look at some of the most popular requests that we can offer."

The way that is phrased implies that
"now that it is here we have to improve upon it."
This is a load of **** because both offline and automated trading through the post
FAILED THE 75% MARKS IN THE OFFICIAL POLL!!

This is a complete disregard for the polling system and makes it clear the direction 07 is going to go in the future. It won't be led by the players but by the agenda of Jagex through re-poll after re-poll with slight biases in wording until whatever they deem good for the game is in the game.

**** YOU JAGEX.

Do what you say for once and listen to your poll results. Both automated and offline failed the 75% mark and therefore shouldn't be on the table for discussion, no matter how positive you spin it or reword it. This is complete ****.
And a lot of loyal long term players can't and won't deal with it anymore.

Stop ******** your loyal player-base over time after time. We won't stay around forever. You can count on that.

Dude you are 2026 Total eoc with 1 99 and on OSRS you have 644, you are just another guy that only wants to be on the other side of what people want.
Please stop with your nonsense comments TY.

They poll things that come close to 75% mark and if 70% of players wanted a G/E back then and now its being re-polled thats not a bad idea. 2/3 of Oldschool player's say should outweigh the other 1/3, that's just the problem with this high threshold needed for things to pass, they give the power to the minority not the majority.

There should not be a re-poll of items which failed at 67% and 72%. Otherwise all things in this range stand for re-polls. What Jagex chooses to re-poll is an exertion of their bias and that is unfair. If they plan to re-poll things which fall short they need to make it clear that if a certain poll question fails within a certain specified range it will always be re-polled at some future date. Otherwise it is not fair plain and simple. They can't keep re-polling failed items of their choosing to get them into the game.

What I think will be best is to have the GE layout, where you can either buy or sell 6 items, and you need to offer up the item or the gold to purchase it, like on the GE on RS3. When someone sees a price they want to buy an item for, or sell an item for, there is an option to send a trade request, this trade request will be in red if it is a sell offer and green if it is a buy offer, saying the trade that is being requested. Then a trade screen pops up with just the item and the gold being offered. Nothing will be able to be taken out or added to these trade screens to ensure security, and if someone wants to negotiate, they can still PM the seller/buyer. For a seller, they can post a sell offer, and still be able to sell to someone with a buy offer up, but for a different amount if they choose to do so. This same concept can be used for someone with a buy offer up, who sees a sell offer that they wish to purchase. There are no restrictions to the amount of items that can be bought/sold.
The player must be logged in to purchase or sell an item, and the offers will become void after being logged out for 5 minutes or more.

Examples of someone buying an item: "instantly": If King1294 is selling an abyssal whip for 1650k, there will be an option to send a trade request to buy for 1650k and only 1650k.
"Non-Instant": The buyer can create your own buy offer and purchase it for this same price as listed above (1650k), but from a different person or make a seperate buy offer for less or more.

Example for someone selling an item: "instantly": If King1294 is buying a whip for 1600k, there will be an option to send a trade request to him, selling your whip for 1600k.
"Non-Instant": The seller can create their own sell offer, selling the (in this case abyssal whip) for whatever amount they choose.

Let me know what you all think! I'm sure this isnt perfect, but I feel it is the closest thing to having a GE, but without actually having one
