NO GEX. NO F2P. Guys above are right... If youd like GEX please check some merchanting videos.. Soon enough GEX will defy its own pupose because guys with alot of cash will buy out market and you wont be able to get anything for a while. While making tonns of cash... You are not thinking straight or are one of them.. All we need is friend Hop method described in the first post and we all are set.. We can change something later again. LETS NOT RUSH IT, WE BROKE THE GAME ONCE, LETS NOT DO IT AGAIN..

No F2P? If you want OSRS to expand and get more players, F2P will help it expand.
All of us members started in F2P version. And people saying that G.E is not 07scape, it actually is 07scape. G.E came in the late 2007.

grand exchange have been introduced in 2007 at rs3 and the game have been improved for everyone. The game did not broke when ge as come out, eoc have destroy the game
between bringing the grand exchange
will get rid of these tab scammer,
you will be able to have lootshare/coinshare option,
you will be able to buy/sell faster/easily
you will get rid of these flipper who make 10% profit ea time you wanna buy/sell fast

Full GE would be great. Or anything that removes the "meeting up and manually trading others." Just adds unnecessary awkwardness travelling around, picking meeting spots etc, etc. For the people who like that thing, feel free to continue doing so, but at least make some sort of automatic trading for the people who don't really want to waste 50% of their game time meeting people just to trade items.

honestly I don't want the GEX here, remember what happened last time it came out? a lot of players quit, same will happen here.

my suggestions are simple
1: allow players to trade ach other and talk to each other (without adding) cross worlds through the trade post (keeps player interaction)
2: allow us to post Buying X of ''...'' or buy offers on said post
3: if the buyer or seller does not have the required items in the bank allow them to retrieve it from the bank anywhere, to prevent abuse, only show items + gold listed on the trade post.
4: item value to be tracked by what players are trading for.

and for everyone throwing the GE is oldschool because it came out in 2007...

OLDSCHOOL by definition is old fashioned compared to the modern equilivent. if the Grand Exchange is in the modern runescape how the heck is it old school?

you can have a form of lootshare and coinshare...but shard share is better

Loot Share
item is randomly assigned to someone in clan chat that is in the area/world

Coin Share
share the pile of coins dropped

Shard Share
Divide rare item into 120 pieces and give it to everyone in group

A lot of people quit because of restricted trade and the removal of wilderness which came out the same time as GE lol, we won't be getting those with the GE.

Plus shardshare is an rs3 update lol, came out nov 2013, its been mentioned before and hasn't gone down well.

2) Merchers will not die, they will adapt - rather than merching at banks, they will merch at the G.E.

3) 1500 players standing at Fally? Have you see what the G.E. looks like? It's always packed, even on smaller worlds...

4) Less interaction? You mean the needless world hop, right clicking on somebody, and the occasional thank-you? Are you seriously going to try to pass that off as interaction...?

5) G.E. is "old-school", it came out in 2007. It was late 2007, but 2007 nonetheless
