Expanding the Trading Post

Hello everybody.
So to answer your question here are my preferences:
- ABSOLUTELY NO GRAND EXCHANGE P.L.E.A.S.E : I'v been playing RS even before 2007 and the grand exchange WAS the update that RUINED the game for a lot of players.
I would be ok for:
- Posting "buy offers" : even though this would delete the use of the forums known to help players in Trading.
- Don't list offers from "Private-off people : It's really boring when people post offers and turn their private off ! This also means people laugh at other people by posting "trolls offers" like whip for 2gp, by example (they don't care anyway, nobody can PM them)
- Quick-hop option : I see no inconvenient for this, just very helpful.
I also propose :
- To answer the "private chat off problem" : People who has their private chat off aren't allowed to post offers in the trading post. This would require that EVERYBODY has to turn their private ON so that we can contact them. Or another solution would be to create and option similar to the trade one you proposed, but instead of trading, it would be message xxx. So people who would like to keep their private off can still being contacted but only for their offers. I think the second one would be the best solution.

Any evidence o back this up? The majority of people want a GE, you're one of the minority that don't want it
