Remember, that was not a poll, it was a survey about integrity problems. A Grand Exchange is not related to that.
Which is why the trading post will be dead content so they should not waste their time and effort on it.
As for integrity survey argument is irrelevant because my point still stands, they should do this with out polling it.

EDIT: The Bonds would be used just for OSRS membership exclusively that are bought with OSRS coins exclusively. wont happen only way jagex will implement bonds is if they make cold hard real life $ from it. If that would to happen oldschool runescape will become pay 2 win.

This is just the same as Zybez, my question is why would people want this instead of zybez? Why not just make it so that we can buy it off it right away, without going wasting our time by pming the seller, etc. Make this better Jagex, we all know you have the tools!

The trading post won't be dead content for the simple reason that it makes trading easier. You don't have to hop to world 1, you won't have to teleport to Varrock and spam until someone trades you or wait until you see someone selling something for a price you're happy with.

When you're banking - in any bank in any world - you can check if someone has an item of your liking already posted, or you can post an offer yourself. Then continue doing what you'd like, and someone will contact you with an offer. If no one contacts you, you can check the trading post for offers every time you visit a bank.

The trading solution had to be polled because it's an addition to the game that affects a huge part of it. It's not an issue that has to be dealt with or that's abusing game mechanics.
