I believe such mechanism was polled. If we wanted a trading solution added that did the trades for you so that you didn't have to meet up in game. This poll failed.

However, after people get used to the trading post and how it works, it will be "re-polled" to see if there's a bigger interest for such a mechanism this time around.

The reason for this being that before the trading post is introduced, peoples idea of an automated process for finishing trades was the Grand Exchange - and there's generally not a lot of support for that.

Both are very true, I agree completely. The trading post either has to be located in EVERY or Main teleport spots or In the Banking interface and have an image of the trading post next to the bank tabs.

The Grand Exchange won't happen, because the guide price and offline trading failed and won't be repolled. Trading through the system will probably get repolled, so that's as much as you might get.

Remember, that was not a poll, it was a survey about integrity problems. A Grand Exchange is not related to that.

The trading post is good however 1 thing still needs to change

About the option to add-join channel

Most peope will automatic use "add" but top players and some other people like me don't like it to add people all the time and remove them later again (specially when ur selling 50k of 1 item and you only want to sell 1k minimum each time (if you have lowest price on the market) and i don't really like it i people would pm me to ask where i am , then show up and only ask 50 or 10. I would help to maybe put an info bar like on **b where you can post a small text where you can post like (must buy 1k min - join CC) so people know they must join the clan chat instead of adding (specially for people with full friendlists)

+1. the way its discribed its the dumbest idea ever on oldschool , will go in history as the most stupid update on oldschool.

Lets include Bonds with the Trading Post, untradable Bonds that may be bought from a NPC, or the Trading Post.

Allow Oldschool RS players buy P2P with In-game GP with a set price, not one that can be merched or altered. Also, include the Premier Packages with it.

Would Ironmen get Bonds cheaper, as they pay for more of a 'single' player osrs?

EDIT: The Bonds would be used just for OSRS membership exclusively that are bought with OSRS coins exclusively.

Hype for trading post, not so much for the snake boss though. Glad to see that while the trading post is in all banks, it is not automated for trades, and players must meet. IF it were in all banks and automated, it'd be fairly gamebreaking, as one would no longer need to leave training spots to cash in or swap gear at Varrock.
