Why not have one of the rewards for Mortania unlock the blood alter? I'm sure more people would be on board with that rather then trying to get the double speed on cannon balls back. I do like the Burgh de Rott teleport but I don't really see the point of having it there when you already have the minigame teleport and the boat you take down the river. If you could replace that reward with being able set up your house there would be awesome or being able to charter the Burgh de Rott docks.
A question I have for the Varrock rewards is the battlestaffs. You have mentioned the word "dailies" to it and I was wondering whether it will be an item in stock that restocks regularly or will it be a set daily amount you can buy?
Crystal Halberd: Sadly I do agree with the people who say it will be dead content as it is. I feel like putting a spec on it though would not do any better since it might devalue the dragon halberd spec. Based off looking at the Crystal shield(Very high defense stats with very low cost compared to the dragonfire shield and it is one handed) and the Crystal bow(tied for strongest bow in game as well as higher range and above average attack speed) the Crystal halberd should have an extra effect. Maybe having the Halberd attack 3 spaces away, long sword attack speed, or a chance to do AOE damage or hit adjacent mods.
