Well I believe 96 fish, 91 rc, 85 firemaking, 85 fletch, 90 agility, 85 mining (for both fally and wildy), 90 smithing, quest cape, 99 in any stat, 84 crafting, 4k chompy kills, and 1.3k black knight kills are all either confirmed or highly probably requirements for elites.
I think the mods know how good some of these rewards are and are not taking any of the requirements lightly. Plus the removal of the unnecessarily powerful EE, we just need Some stats on other items like fally shield prayer bonus, wildly sword, etc to get a real preview of these diaries.
Troll idea: give elite Wildy sword VLS spec to ruin every RWT staker that doesn't actually play the game. Score one for the nerds

I've been waiting for achievement diaries for a long time, it finally gives me a reason to get stars above 90 besides getting a useless Cape..
I do like that quiver idea for the west province diary is good but maybe instead you could bring out a trim for the quest Cape. If not, maybe If someone had completed every elite there could be an achievement diary Cape or just trim the quest Cape because it it getting a little too common.

I feel like the with steel drags, and possible with the other drags there should be an anvil unlocked close by in the cave somewhere, maybe needing 70 smith and elite tasks for karajama/brimhaven. This would be a great way to not just let the bars go to waste
A lot of these rewards seem a little OP, but they seem to be balanced, like a high level (elite)
COULD
do this, but there seems not to be a need for them to.
Overall I think this is a good job, maybe dumb down some of the rewards. I'll be training a ton now!
