I think we could do that [Attempting to kick...] message. It never worked entirely reliably in the other RuneScape but it was better than nothing, and it worked in most cases.

For the two poll items which state 'for a fee' can we include what the fee is in the question?


Don't worry, I wasn't going to let the poll pass and then suddenly say "muahahaha, the fee is 1 billion coins plus the skull of the Mage Gower". Other RuneScape charges 100 coins for the bone key and rock cake. I'll include figures in the poll questions.

Love all the content for the next poll. One question though about the future content it states you can't add new areas to the existing map and the only way would be to use private areas with an ID code so you can invite friends.

Would this be possible for such games as castle wars? competitve castle wars was one of the main reasons i loved runescape but competitve games often got crashed. Would it be possible to add private castle wars games using that same mechanism as the ID key

In principle, yes. That's roughly what Clan Wars was in 2007, after all, although that used chat-channels instead of an ID code. We don't have the engine features to do stuff on chat-channels, hence the suggestion of an ID code instead.

In the specific case of Castle Wars, the problem is copying the surface and underground into the same private area. They'd have to be fairly close to each other, since the private area isn't allowed to be very big, but it'd be silly if you could see the underground areas sitting adjacent to the surface map. Actually, that's why we always held off on making Castle Wars use private areas in the main RuneScape; we just couldn't find a nice way to make it fit.

On the subject of clan wars... is it possible to add this in using a recycled interface? clan wars is one the best end game mini games where people can use end game gear without losing it. And while i enjoy castle wars it is not the same. Is it feasible to add this in now?

Mod Ash, before you consider doing bank tabs and what not could you not make it so that when you withdrawl an item it's space it automatically taken?

As in, it leaves an empty space until you close your bank.


Ah yes, it's pretty annoying in other RuneScape where items automatically shift up to fill empty spaces immediately. I don't know for sure whether we can implement bank tabs without that happening, but we'll certainly try for it.

Thinking about bank tabs, I now remember that there are some game engine commands that were created specifically for the purpose of implementing them before. We don't have those commands either. Still, I expect we could get them; if we can get an interface editor, that other stuff should be achievable too.

PLEASE let us right-click kick people from clan chat from the chat box! That's the thing I want most at the moment


I believe we could do that with the systems we already have. The limitation is that you'd see the "Kick" option on all chat-channel messages, even if you don't have the rank to kick that person. Hopefully that wouldn't be too annoying.

I'll try it out, and if it works I'll add it to the list of features to offer.
