Splashing got over 50% of people to say they don't want it changed, and yet you change it anyway? I'd been completely supportive of the OS devs so far because from my pov they've already done what is right by the game.

Imo it's ridiculous that splashing got changed, and this is coming from someone that has never done it before anyone starts crying.

I'm assuming the reason you didn't put it to a poll it because you knew it wasn't going to get 75% (or even 50% from the looks of it) that it needed for a change?

If it gets enough support, will it return? I'm assuming no but it's worth asking.

Edit: On streams you said "it's always been in the game" regarding splashing and afking with Guthan's, yet;

"AFK training using Guthans in Nightmare Zone received the least amount of support to be changed. There are two things we had to consider which we believe make this a significantly differently to splashing. Firstly, the account you need in order to AFK in Nightmare Zone requires significant investment in terms of levels and equipment to take advantage of this.
Secondly, we have polled numerous changes specifically to combat this and all have failed to pass. As such we think it is unwise to make a change without it passing a poll"

Read this and tell me that changing splashing and not touching Guthan's is completely biased. It should have nothing to do with time on account/how hard it is to set up. You stated it'd be unwise to change NMZ Guthan's without passing a poll, howcome splashing didn't come to the same verdict when more people participate in splashing then NMZ Guthan's?

Ofcourse it has to drop in price but like asmost says: sh*t could happen :P

Just be happy about those updates :D

so let me get this right, LESS THAN 33% OF THE PEOPLE voted that it needed to be changed without a poll, and you go ahead and change it without a poll. I'm sorry but why even have the survey if you're going to do whatever the hell you want anyways. Just another update being passed that wasn't decided on by the players, aka jagex doesnt care about what we have to say.
