Not decided, what would you prefer? I'm most inclined not to have it cure on equip but a right-click cure option from the worn interface could be done if you're concerned about switching.

Side note, since I have run out of ideas on what else to do, I submitted a couple bug reports maybe a year ago? they were minor bugs but still important to me, tried the bug forums, bug report, and the bug chat thing(they told me to submit a bug report) and they still aren't fixed, appears I got ignored. I understand they aren't super important but its been quite awhile, I'm sure it could've been fixed by now.
(flax and herb miscellania patches not regrowing weeds for only me and the exp for magic log + sacred oil = 16 fm exp while sacred oil + magic log = 10 fm exp for everyone)


I'm aware of both of those so thanks for reporting them, the miscellenia weeds needs further investigation and the sacred oil experience is tied into a number of files that would need rebuilding. Being trivial issues we can't quite justify the time they would take to fix right now but hopefully we'll find a gap in the schedule soon.

Well now that I think about it now that the new poison would just take an inventory slot away from most PvP situations. Now that poison would be a real threat then everyone would come prepared for it and really nullify the supposed PvP benefits.

For PvM though the damage could add up to quite a bit.


Also if anybody has any ideas for a bonus effect for the toxic staff+ smoke spells I'd like to hear them, the only ancient spells used are ice and blood at the moment.


Also in my opinion allowing it to cure on equip would be most of the benefit of the helm with none of the consequences (degrading)

The immunity will still be granted when stealing from urns but I think it would still degrade, treating each failure as one hit of damage. If the degradation mechanics work as I think they do it would take 54,000 hits to degrade a fully charged helmet.

I see, depending on scale price then, the helmet may be worth using over anti poison.

I'm fine with the poison increasing in damage over time, but seriously cap that thing. It should not go over 18 damage a hit. Maybe 24.. but 18 is high enough imo.

I like the blow dart thing and the helmet sounds cool, but 1/6 is a little common... Decrease it to like 1/15 since it is armor, not a weapon.
- What happens if you put on the helmet when you are poisoned? Does it cure?

Absolutely no to the staff of the dead attachment. +25% mage damage bonus is way too O* anyways. Scrap the attachment idea. Attachments are super dumb.


No to snake pet. Tired of seeing boss only pets. So will be voting no on the pet unless you guys start releasing NON-PVM pets. Seriously getting annoying you guys only are appealing to high level pvmers.

Also, just in general I'm tired of seeing new items being added to the game (at such a fast pace). Please revamp dead content instead of adding new.

When using the blowpipe, will there be an option 'equip as ammo' for darts?

Or perhaps you can use a certain amount of darts (max 2500) on the blowpipe and on death you keep the blowpipe and however many darts are stored in the blowpipe?

I'd have the cure option consume a portion of your charges for using it If I were to add it.

Scale prices should be interesting to watch as they'll have a lot of determining factors. :P

I don't think you'll be in combat with anything for longer than 2-3 minutes per fight which would mean the venom wouldn't go above 10-12 at most.

Since it is not possible to use venom/ poison on most bosses, this shouldn't be a problem.

Also, you misread +25 magic attack bonus for the SOT* as damage, which it is not.

Looking at the past priority polls, PvMing always comes near the top, so it only seems natural that the pets we've seen so far are coming from PvM only. When we do see a priority poll for skilling, I'm sure we'll see some skill based pets then.

The blowpipe revives the fairly dead content that is 'darts' by using them as ammo. On another note, the helmet is at least something new; we haven't seen any new melee helmets since the OSRS release.
