Nobody does wyverns on task because the task is so rare. I didn't say anything about slayer... I agree that spider is probably better gp/hr than bandos or zamorak, probably not as much as trio/duo sara/arma though. Of course there's still the fact that you can get pked, that you can't do as many kills/hr compared to GWD or DKs and that it costs alot more in supplies.

I didn't mention a task, yet everyone knows YOU NEED 72 SLAY FOR WYVERNS lol mate, sorry to point out the obvious but you needed it.

DKS is terrible crap and you can risk and die with your whole bank, giving you 10 mins to get back would only be probable for players with lunar magics and such a door partner on demand. Not to mention how TERRIBLE the loots are at DKS, the ring rates are crap. I don't go to the spider for the ring, i go for the other loots lol, 50 limps, a 200 bloods, 300 deaths, 400 chaos, 100 diamond bolts e, 100 magic logs, yew, magic, palm tree seeds, unicorn horn etc. it has GOOOD LOOTS guaranteed, games neck/duel ring to bank and reset stats? how is it not good money bro come on you lost, get over it

There needs to be other requirements for this boss other than regicide. If it is as difficult as you guys are making it out to be, then a slayer requirement is probably for the best. However I don't think making it task-only like Smoke Devils or Kraken is the way to go. I would like to see the blowdart and fang reworked, the blowdart simply isn't powerful enough compared to other ranged weapons of the same tier.

The fang being 25% chance with every spell? Reduce that down to say 15% and you should be fine. Is venomous poison going to act the same as regular poison aka bosses who are immune to normal poison will also be immune to venomous poison?

You're confusing me. You don't go to spider for the big drops (= might aswell rc or go to wyverns), then you say you don't like DKs because theres no big drops (note - b ring / arch rich are the same drop rate or more common than d2h/snaps/dpick).

Edit : You can pray against the kings, then all you get hit by is spinolyps that max like 9-10... Gj if you die there tbh.

Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.

I don't like the idea of the blowdart thing because its basicly a karils bow,well karils bow still might even be better.

instead make it drop some sort of snake eye item to add to an amulet of accuracy to turn it into a range type amulet that gives a % dmg boost or a decent range attack bonus.
