Like this a lot better then the prev one.
I guess the amulet will bring barrows alive and more expensive as it should be. Also i like the idea of reviving the mort'ton minigame. I'll be voting yes for this (was a no in prev blog). What hapens to the amulet in pvp? Just dust for the pker who kills him?
The pet, castle wars, emotes, vials are all fine, doesn't affect the game play much.

Good that you guys removed the f2p items, only thing, for f2p clanning at low wild you will need teleblocks (used to have that back in the day). Also make green hill (east of castle lvl 15 wild) multi area (used to be multi back in the day also great spot to pk since its close to edge).
Every player in multi in f2p will simply teleport before a team rushes him or when hes low on food. To hard to make kills also coz you do less damage in f2p then p2p.
I used to pk at green hill (gh) all the time pre-eoc, in 07 rs i became a p2p pker because f2p multi is dead (only when there are wars setup there is some action in multi), would love to have teleblocks agian in f2p.
