I liked everything except the torag update. Torag's is still totally useless even with this buff. The hammers are underpowered and nobody is going to go pvm with with low hp.

The only reason this works with dharok's is because of the melee protection prayer which allows the player to make use of the set effect while remaining safe. This is not the case with a defense scaling set effect.

Nobody will use this for pvp because, well, hammers just suck.

This does well to buff underpowered barrows stuff like karils and ahrims.

I feel veracs is getting very much the raw end of the deal here. A +7 prayer bonus for that is nothing. You might as well wear a glory / fury and you'd get attack bonuses as well as a prayer bonus.

Wouldn't it be better to give veracs a prayer drain effect. The barrows tombs have a prayer drain. It would be a useful effect and it would put some lore behind the barrows prayer drain.

The amulet has base stats of a glory.

So you want it so you can hit through prayer/armour AND drain prayer while having high defensive stats and the ability to hit 40s? Just because people don't use it in PvP that much doesn't mean it needs a buff. It's one of the best armour sets for PvM already.

I really like where you guys are going with the Amulet of the Damned. I think the boosts to karils and ahrims are exactly what the sets need to stay relevant with other items. That being said, I'm still fairly disappointed with the torags set effect. While I understand where you are going with the increased defense, I think, due to circumstances, should be switched from gaining at lower hp's, to having higher defense at higher hp. Of course, to keep this in check, there would probably need to be a huge exponential curve between having around 95% hp compared to just sitting and afking around 70%.

This fills up a use for torags as an extremely useful set, that forces players to constantly eat in order to maintain a high hp and maintain the high bonus defense
