Introduction
Throw the cave out there. If someone wants to challenge themselves let them do it. Making people grind quests is not interesting.

Stats

Something has to be done about damage absorption. Damage absorption is far too powerful against bosses because bosses are designed with extremely high accuracy. Shields and armor is less powerful because bosses are so accurate they will hit you a lot of the time anyways.

Damage absorption completely destroys the balance. Against bosses that are very accurate you will be taking lots and lots of damage, all of which gets affected by the absorb. Having, say, +50 more defense on a DFS is not going to be anywhere close of an impact as 20% damage mitigation through absorption. Furthermore, as with what happened pre EoC, new shields could never compete with Spirit Shields. To be better than Spirit shields they would have to have more absorb because otherwise to match 20% mitigation through avoiding attacks you have to have insane amounts of defense that would make you invincible outside of bosses. Having much higher absorb would be even more OP against bosses. You'll never be able to make a better shield.

Arcane seems to be a better version of the Malediction ward, which is fine. Perhaps to balance things make Spectral give some Ranged bonus and be a better version of the Odium ward. Ely/Div are going to need much bigger reworks.

We need a lootshare system -> Shards will work perfect, I don't understand what you ment (Mod Reach) in the livestream yesterday. You said that it won't work because we don't have a GE, although we don't need a GE to share the shards. Everyone in the team will get the same split of the shards (for example 25 shards if 4 ppl) and they can sell the shards on street at the price they like. Therefore the players decide how much they are worth and we don't need a GE for that. That means the price of the item doesn't need to be known when sharing the shards.
