And another point... a whip+divine is lower kills/hr than AGS at both bandos and sara. Part of the reason why the divine was so good was due to the fact that the chaotics existed.

I can agree with this about divine, ely and specs. Arcane though would make maledic ward a redundant and mage does not need any more accuracy. It needs cheaper costs, why not lower arcane's mage bonus and give it a combat rune saving ability instead?

was only over powered because we used to have chaotics, curses, overloads and summoning. Without those, for example if you were to solo bandos and you got 3 kills in 1 trip, with divine you would only get 1 more kill MAX. Only 1 more kill with a shield worth a fortune. Not to mention the prayer drain that would occur with this effect meaning you would have to take more restores and less sara brews. Over powered? Pls sit down lad, leave that talk to people who actually used to own Divs and Elys.

The spirit shields added a real aesthetic factor to the game when they were originally introduced. I would vote for them to be re-dropped as before, but with nerfed stats
Another suggestion/support: Mage DPS armor from corp in some way. We have Bandos for melee, Armadyl for Range, so the only thing missing is a magic DPS armor. Better utilize that newfound magic damage stat, and make it look sick if it passes
Also, an idea I had that may be implemented with the armor or elsewhere is allowing something to only be made by players with a high quest point level. Maybe corp can drop some sort of material that can only be made with the aid of the Wise Old Man or another quest*y NPC. Or maybe Spirit Shields can only be forged with a high QP. That way only high level players can reap the full rewards of Corp, and effectively implementing quest points into Corp's mechanics somehow.

mage is already overpowered enough lol.
and we have ahrims which already has a lot of mage att
btw noone will never ever slay with mage. pre eoc there was a spell called "storm of armadyl" which had by far the highest dps in the game and you still did not use it.
It was better than range at arma, but even there it was not worth it to use mage, because mage is too expensive.
Mage is not a real combat style, you use it for effects ( freezing, tbing, healing, teleporting, skilling) and not for its dps

so.. I think corp, should back as normal corp; quest lvls, same drops, special shields , and in my opnion,
100+ combat lvl to join. I really dont like to kill with low lvls..

I would disagree with that. It can also be used for its consistent damage and due to that consistent damage, it is fairly common that I notice myself outing rangers in void at blue dragons just with firebolt+chaos gaunts using sot*+occult.
The issue is the cost and either more gear that increases damage (this damage increase could be limited to pvm for balance reasons) or more rune saving equipment would greatly help.
