That's odd, slayer is both part of my 5 lowest as well as my 5 highest skills. :P

O and is there a reason why you necessarily had to put 2 lamps in the promo that you can freely convert to the other? Seems pretty pointless to me. O_o
Feel free to take a look at my suggestions: 200m xp prestige

Little issue with Dusk lanterns.

It gives bonus if you pick for one of your top 5 skills, it does not discount any 200M xp skills.

Effectively I am forced to convert them to Dawn lanterns to benefit.

This is true. Since I have 7 skills at 200M, I lose out on this. Maxed skills IMO should be excluded.

No. That's why they have oddments cash out. You have a choice to cash out anything for oddments, including lamps that add to your 200M skills already.

You gotta love how Jagex nerfs xp rates then releases these insanely op TH events that give massive amounts of basic xp + bonus xp together, greed truly has no boundaries it would seem with this company, and don't even try telling me they need the revenue when they're charging $12/month for membership. It's greed plain and simple and frankly its disgusting and insulting.

Roughly the same here; my top 5 skills are capped at 99, and I don't have the option of putting the lanterns to other skills. I like these lanterns otherwise, but putting bonus XP on capped skills seems ludicrous. Maybe next time these come out, work out the coding just a bit more?

Thanks.

Oddment conversion rates make this a really bad choice, unless you're more than willing to take the hit on conversion. Advanced Pulse Cores are 2 for 150 Oddments, and the most you get is 100 Oddments for any one conversion. Throw in that the most common conversions are a mere 10 Oddments, and it gets worse, not better.

It is not just about the oddments conversion rate is low or high. The fact is it is BONUS option.

To the same person who has 200 mil xp in whatever skill, say Dungeoneering, there is no more xp to be gained whatever in the game regardless if it is from TH or not. That player can still do sinkholes or other activities that give DG xp. Why don't that 200 mil DG xp player complain about not being to get anymore xp from Sinkholes or other DG activities? Because he can't. That's how the game is designed. Alternatively, Sinkholes among other activities also give non-DG xp/rewards. It is up to that 200 mil DG xp player to do sinkholes/DG or switch to something else.

Complaining about not getting anything other than oddments after hitting the 200 mil xp cap is like complaining about not getting more xp from DG activities after hitting the 200 mil cap. At least, TH gives those 200 mil xp players oddments.
