What video shows somebody spent 13k and maxed in 4 days? Did he say he spent 13k in 4 days, 4 months or 4 years? Can you please show the source?

Same question for the "adult son" who spent $62k. Did he spend $62k in 1 day, 1 year or 10 years? We don't know.

I don't know if they were faults but one thing we definitely know is Jagex told the UK Parliament the person who spent $62k refused to prove his identify which was required by the GDPR LAW when Jagex tried to contact and help him.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjtZGjI29Qc

this is from 3 years ago. i have seen other streamers show it recently, but the original video was 3 years ago. i have heard others say there are more people to do it, but that is hearsay.

so when was this policy implemented? 3 years ago, 2 years ago, 1 year ago? 3 weeks ago?

i read somewhere the 62k player spent the money over 18 months, most likely by jagex or someone trying to spread the amount out over time.

here is my math, 2k limit per month and 10k limit per year. after 10k a player can petition to spend more, IF, they prove to be financially sound.

You admitted everything you mentioned so far was just hearsay. Hearsay is most than often not accurate and in your case they can't be verified.

Your video from 3 years ago was from A Friend. Do you know who A Friend is? He was banned for promoting illegal gambling sites. I don't know if he was a fault but at least we knew he violated Jagex rules. Even if we chose to believe a RWTer and illegal gambling promoter, this player also did not mention how long did he take to acquire those $13k worth of TH keys. He could have bought those keys in a year or two but not just one day.

Your hearsay, let me emphasize again HEARSAY, of that $62k player is also definitely invalid and inaccurate as he REFUSED TO IDENTIFY HIMSELF WITH PROOF UNDER LAWS.

again issues with basic math:

at the end of the video he shows his active time. 3 days and 3 hrs. this is where i say i don't know if it is fraud. if he changed his active time.

i tend to believe the video to be true, therefore if the policy reached that far back, 13k rl monies were spent within 4 days. not hearsay, it is the evidence as i can see it. the video exists.

i am glad to see that you lump rwt and gambling in as = to an mtxer. not even an exploiter, just someone who spent 13k to make a video because they could.

A Friend, a RWTer and illegal gambling promoter, "convicted" and banned by Jagex and he did not contest anything, said in the video he spent 3 days to get his skills to 99
but he did not say he spent 3 days to accumulate all those TH keys.

Obviously A Friend was far more "active" than just 3 days in the day. We knew he used to be a FAMOUS streamer, not just a 3 day noob in the game. So either you misinterpreted what he said in the video or he indeed made a phony claim.

famous streamer who made more than one video, he plugs one of them in the video i showed you where he buys 50 keys and then shows resources from them. he also mentioned that one time he was blocked from buying keys because he already bought 20k.

can he transfer 40k keys from another account? he buys keys on the video sufficient to be more than 1k pounds and the active player says 3 days. that is all the math you need more than 1k pounds in under 1 week. so did the policy exist when he made multiple videos where he bought more than 1k pounds worth of keys? jagex said it only happened once.

i'm done.

TH keys are not transferable to another account. A Friend is no "3 day old noob". He started playing since 2005 according to the official RS Wiki. That all we know.

Again, in the video A Friend said he used the keys to get to all 99 skills in 3 days but he did not mention how long did it take him to get them.

It was 3 days 3 hours of play time. That's the world record speed Run to max (I know this because I'm also a speed runner like a friend). So to train to get max it took 3 days and 3 hours in total (so to buy and use keys).

Where in the Official Jagex Hiscores does it show this information? Not only are A Friend and his alt Not P2W not in the Hiscores, "they" don't even mention a thing about RS3 for a long long time after taking "their" ban and choose to remain silent about "their" RWT and 3rd party site gambling advertising. :D
