They sell MXT or free xp like skilling is a second class citizen in RS. To be thorough they should add boss kills sales and party hats to TH. That will finally ruin the game completely.

What I don't get is I play this game how I want & I couldn't give a **** how other people play it.
I've never bought keys & I never will.
I fully understand JAGEX wants profits, and people with extra money spending it on Runescape allows me to keep playing for free via bonds with gp.

So the 2 points to me are:
1. The reality is other people spending money allows me to play for free.
I'm happy with that.

2. I couldn't give a **** what other people are doing, what they have, how they got it, I'm here to play Runescape, my adventure is my adventure, just like another persons adventure is theirs.
Who the **** am I to tell someone else how to play or try to prevent them getting things or items or achievements that they want????????????
THAT'S THEIR GAME NOT YOURS!!!!!!!!!!
I'm really bewildered that people are here to compare themselves to others & try to have things that other people don't just so they can have it & not allow someone else to have it if they don't get it the same way - for the sake of it.
I want everyone to have everything they want - I don't want to have stuff & not want other people to have it - what a horrible outlook.


Here's the reality.
For MTX to stop, all the anti-MTX'ers would have to get together and establish how much real money each of them is prepared to pay each and every month for life so that Jagex's profits from MTX aren't diminished.

I don't believe for a second they would be prepared to cover it - sure a few of you might say you'd pay 20 bux a month, but you'd be in the vast minority.

It's fine to be against it, as long as you don't pretend to speak for everyone or be a champion of the people.
If the people didn't want it, guess what? It would fail.

I have never spent 1 red cent on any MTX, and I don't believe I ever will.
Do I care if anyone else does? NOPE. That's their journey.
In my opinion most of you who are against it are selfish, you want to prevent others having what you do.

Play your own game, stop comparing yourself.

They nerfed pof because it devalued farming achievements.

They nerfed hunter xp rates because it devalued hunter achievements.


It does not affect me that ppl get their xp with those xp rates yet they nerfed that anyway. I don't care if someone buys 100k bonds and buys out all the rares but th devalues skilling and makes skilling less profitable over time since it gives everyone 99's. I'm a skiller and so it affects me.

Whales apparently are not paying OSRS enough through bonds then. Perhaps they can still donate a few £ to the Jmods-turned-streamers though. Donating some pocket changes won't change their spending habbits in RS3 though. MTX is still the same as last week.
