This has already been happening and that's why we're mad and not going to take it anymore!!!

Without that income stream we would have to massively cut back on investment into the game "and we feel that would be very damaging for RuneScape and the community."

This will make the game much healthier in my opinion. Treasure Hunter is an example of bad MTX , i am sure you can find a substitute to get your money without damaging the game.

What good updates? The whole year has been a shit show and none of the updates have been either balanced, tested or were 100% ready.

What investments? most is going to the owners and is not getting invested back in to the game. WE CAN ALL SEE THIS WITH THE SHIT QUALITY OF CONTENT OF YOU GUYS

The only investment is more to the MTX team, honestly u guys are pathetic puppets.

RuneFest is a joke because you guys promise things that will never happen, like all the other years. Honestly JaGeX as a company and their employees are a big let down.

Also customer support: This shitshow has the worst customer support from all MMORPGS, please take a look at world of warcraft and just copy/paste their methods...

You don't care about us loyal customers/users/players (which u have shown with your customer support, q/a team, content team, handling community issues and overall communication) its all about that $$$$ i like trains

Are you even getting tired from the bullshit lies you tell yourself? What false illusion do you have in your head? MTX isn't keeping the game alive, it never has, new content has, new attractions, mtx was just for the rich, don't fool yourself while your investors line their pockets.

We aren't fools, yet you make us out to be and it is why people continue to leave, you do not treat us as customers.

By far, this company from the day i played in 2003 has gone downhill since 2012.

In my honest opinion, you have done nothing but lie, hide on social media and hid those who spoke against you. Someone i know is a memeboy.

been playing runescape for over 15 years now and seen the game change, all this mtx stuff in the last few years has been quite overwhelming not to mention the most recent promo that definately crossed the line.. updates less and less frequent and when a decent one is released half the time theres no replayability or its half arsed like common it makes me wonder why i pay for membership. i realise as a company you need to make a profit but at least have some decent updates with some substance behind them.

the fact that u can pretty much just buy xp off TH at stupidly inflated rates, whats even the point of playing the damn game, jesus u may aswell just delete all accounts and give everyone 200m in all skills! (maybe it'd be better than that dimension of the damned abortion) i feel sorry for any of the top highscore holders that reached that rank before this mess not like highscores mean anything anymore after mtx. it devalues any sort of progress u make on your own account when someone beside you could just max a skill in a day or 2 with a meteor shower and smouldering lamp event.

hell even some sort of progression system for bosses,i dont struggle myself but i know alot of players out there are locked out of bossing content just because they cant find teams or have no idea how to learn? (Raids is a prime example).

i hope you guys come through with this statement because its nothing we havent heard from you guys before, its like deja-vu. There definately needs to be some kind of change or i hate to say it but you will lose me as a player.

Years of lies and empty to promises, this used to be a company that was a PARAGON of integrity. Change of ownership, dev teams that don't love the game, and a loyal playerbase who stick by no matter what have led to this toxic mess.

After all of the outrage this year, the only concrete change they can give is taking away second chance Tuesday for a few months? Treasure Hunter and the BUYING of experience makes the one thing that separates this game from others - the feeling of achievement when one has pushed through hundreds-in some cases thousands of hours of content to get to a higher place. That has been taken away from us for a very long time. Our Achievements are meaningless, and for me - this makes the game meaningless.

This is why I've essentially quit RS3 and play HCIM on OSRS now.

Support. Treasure Hunter needs to be removed right now. You can't just give us false hope by telling us you'll be reworking it by next year. That's just bs. Idm any of the other MXT. Removing Treasure hunter will make a lot of us come back to the game.
