Just somebody reported something did not automatically mean that something is a bug... or they must not have actually reported it to Jagex at all. They only talked about it in the forums.
Anybody think a bug should report it through the proper "Report a bug" procedure or use the Support Center to send the report to Jagex.

So OP and everyone else needs to check pouch before claiming its bugged.
