The UK Parliaments set up over 9000 of such "very time consuming and costly" sessions on
all kinds of topics including
"toxicity, and trolling behaviors of internet users"
every year too.
So does Oprah Winfred but so what? They are just for discussions and entertainment purpose of the general public. Or else there would be real actions in the real world like internet forums banning toxic trolls, or social media like reddit removing toxic posts with fake data only try to manipulate the users, or the likes of Twitch even suing 100 or so trolls for misrepresenting and using misinformation of their IP when playing games like Artifact.
