I am voicing my opinion in disapproval for this idea. There was a time and a place you could get that. It is no longer. I don't believe we have the right to devalue other peoples work because they didn't get it in time. This goes for most of the rares. You simply earn it.

The idea of Runescape is to work hard for what you earn. TH exists for those who enjoy alternative routes along with grinding. This thread has been floating around for a long time and it seems ignored by Jagex staff and its for good reason.

If they ever got desperate enough in funding which they won't would such an idea be considered? No.

I wish there would be more of a focus on tradable items instead of cosmetics however this isn't a route to go. I understand your idea but I think it is skewed in irrational economic theory which is largely unproven. I wish you the best of luck. Always moving forward
